Hāna Skate Contest
A huge mahalo to everyone who came out for the One Love Hāna Skate Contest — families, friends, skaters, and supporters all helped make this such a special community day.
The County of Maui evaluation forms said it best:
“Great family-oriented event — opportunity to meet new people and make new friends. Kids learned new tricks, and there were lots of positive messages throughout the day to take care of our parks.”
Big thanks to One Love Skate and all the other amazing sponsors and volunteers who helped make this event happen!

Mana Mentors Skate Competition
On August 5th, days before the fire, we hosted our first skate competition at Lahaina Skate Park. Since the Lahaina fire, our kids no longer have a skatepark or skateboards.
Since the fire, Mana Mentors has hosted community meet-ups at DT Flemings, donated over $100,000 directly of families affected by the fire, collected and distributed clothing. emergency supplies, skateboards, boogie boards and surf boards. Plus we will be hosting monthly Skate Jams thanks to Tony Hawk's generous donation that allowed us to buy a mobile skatepark for the kids.
